| | ABOUT ME | | My Background and Experience
My background has touched on almost every aspect of the real estate business. I studied drafting, design and construction at Ryerson, and supervised the building of over 200 homes.
Following that experience, I owned and operated three companies involving home improvements. For over four years, I ran a construction/renovation business focusing mainly on home additions, bathrooms, kitchens and basements. From there I branched out into my “Prep to Sell” business, and then finally acted as a consultant to real estate agents and their clients. This company focused in the area of how to market and maximize the value of your home through cosmetic and design improvements.
It was actually my clients who suggested I would make a great Real Estate agent given my background and the “added value” I could provide. So, in 1989, I became a licensed Real Estate Agent and have been at Bosley for over 15 years, achieving the status of one of their top ten sales representatives.
My education remains ongoing. I keep current with the latest legal, design, marketing, and information courses and seminars.
I have lived in North Toronto with my wife and two children for over 15 years and know well what our neighbourhood has to offer. The bottom line is that I believe that my unique and extensive background gives you a distinct advantage in selling your home and purchasing your next one. My goal is to give you the information you need to make an educated decision.
