We have just had the most positive experience selling our home, in large part to the guidance and hard work of our agent Tim Konnry.

From the moment we decided to list our house Tim was very instrumental in outlining all the steps that should be taken to ensure the most desirable outcome. Tim’s experience guided us to make improvements, and develop a plan to show our house in the best condition possible. Together, we worked hard to create an environment that allowed each potential buyer view the property as clearly and most refreshed as it could be.

The effort in cleaning out cluttered rooms and adding little touches of fresh flowers made the environment so peaceful and welcoming. Tim’s expert picture taking showed the property to its fullest - it actually looked like a show-home rather than a family home. To that end, many of the positive comments we received from other Agents coming through were all about the decor and “vibe” of the house. The result netted us multiple offers and a final sell price that was well above-asking. All in a 10 day period! Tim made the whole experience so seamless and his positive energy, along with immense experience made the entire process a joy. We wish we had another home to sell with Tim!

Entering the real estate market in these uncertain times can be both intimidating and unnerving. Enlisting the services of a competent and reliable agent makes the entire process so much more palatable.

Having worked with Tim Konnry on several property transactions over the past few years, I would highly recommend him as an agent of choice. Pleasant, punctual and trustworthy, Tim is very knowledgeable in current market trends and demonstrates considerable market savvy. He takes the time to listen carefully to his clients’ requests and to do the research required to assist clients in making informed decisions.

With Tim involved, my property sold within 24 hours of listing at 98% of list price and the second property was purchased well below lict price. Throughout these transactions Tim was most responsive, eve showing up at one house viewing just hours after major surgery. He has been known to stop people in the neighbourhood to learn firsthand about the community prior to purchase in the vicinity.

Tim Konnry was introduced to me by a friend of his who I met in an employment program. He had inquired as to my progress in selling our house, and when I indicated that we were having problems moving the house with our current real estate agent, as well as some professionalism issues, he said that it was imperative that I contact Tim as soon as possible, and that he was the best in the business.
My first indication that Tim was an over-and-above professional was when I called his office with an inquiry shortly thereafter when he was on vacation. I indicated that it wasn’t important enough to require a page, but he was paged nonetheless. He called me back a few minutes later… from Disney World in Florida with his family. Even thought I wasn’t his client (had only spoken to him once before,) was interrupting his vacation for something trivial, and he was calling me at his own expense, he was still happy and upbeat and even indicated to call him anytime if I had any further inquiries!

My second indication was when he was at our house to have us sign some paperwork, and indicated that he had another house to be at after ours. I asked if it was close, and it turned out to be just north of ours… in Markham… for $2.7 million. Turns out that the average of Tim’s selling prices is about $1.1 million. Yet, he gave us and our sub-$200K townhouse million-dollar service.

And the third time’s the charm: the house sold to the first buyer he found, in the first showing, two days after we’d signed on with him.

Yes, I’m certainly a “customer for life” of Tim’s now, and can’t recommend him any more highly. His professionalism, skill and customer service are impeccable, and he’s also a great guy and a pleasure to do business with. I have no doubt of his continuing success, even in the bleakest of economic times.
